BROOKLYN!!!! If you have a second, please send a prayer up for Brooklyn. She has another double ear infection and this time we are being sent to an ENT specialist to look into getting tubes put into her ear's. We are going this afternoon at 2:30 pm. I know this is a very common procedure and a lot of kids have had them, but knowing that your first born is going to have surgery and be taken away from you and having to put your full trust into doctors, is a very scary thing for us right now. She had a hard start to life and that does something to us when we have to think about making a decision that puts her into surgery. Call me over protective but she is our baby. This will have been her 5th ear infection in the last 3 months and the doctor said that she still has another winter next year to go through before she out grows the ear infection stage. He thinks it is a very wise decision to go ahead and have them done, being that I have a history with ear infections when I was growing up and so has Brian. Apparently, ear infections are hereditary.

Brooklyn also has pink eye in both of her eyes and is battling with this as well. She has not been a very happy camper right now. She is very miserable and just wants to fell better. On top of all of this, she has been running a fever and we all know how a fever makes you feel. So if you could, please send a prayer up for her. It is a minor thing but we are pretty scared about it. Thank you guys.
